We deliver to UK mainland addresses. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

Tracked Delivery
All orders are dispatched with a tracked service. We will email you a tracking reference when your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We will confirm your delivery address during the callback. If you need to change the address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@lordsbank.com.
UK Coverage
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, or BFPO addresses at this time.
Packaging
All cameras are dispatched in original manufacturer packaging. Orders are securely packed to prevent damage in transit. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Failed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery on the next business day. After two failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
