These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of lordsbank.com and any purchase of products from LordsWatch. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Our Products
We sell security camera hardware. We are a retailer, not an installer. We do not provide installation services. Customers are responsible for installing products themselves or arranging installation through a third party. Product descriptions and specifications are provided for guidance and are based on manufacturer information.
3. Ordering
Orders are placed through our website checkout. Submitting an order is not a confirmed purchase — it is a request for us to call you back. A binding order is only confirmed when one of our team members has spoken to you by phone to confirm the items, delivery address, and payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if a product becomes unavailable.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is arranged during the confirmation callback, by bank transfer, card over the phone, or another agreed method. No card details are collected through the website.
5. Delivery
We offer free standard delivery (3–5 business days) on orders over £50. Orders under £50 attract a delivery charge of £4.99. Delivery is to UK mainland addresses only. We will provide a tracking reference when your order is dispatched. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
6. Returns and Refunds
You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@lordsbank.com before returning any item. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including any associated postage costs.
8. Warranty
Products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty where applicable. Warranty claims should be made directly to the manufacturer or via us — contact info@lordsbank.com for guidance. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water ingress beyond the rated IP class, or improper installation.
9. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that any security camera product will prevent crime, theft, or damage to property. Security equipment is an aid to security, not a guarantee. We are not liable for any loss arising from failure of a product to prevent an incident.
Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at lordsbank.com/terms/. Continued use of the website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
