30-Day Returns

  • The item is in its original packaging
  • You contact us before returning the item

How to Return an Item

  2. We'll confirm the return and provide the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
  4. We'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

Return Postage

Return postage is the customer's responsibility, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@lordsbank.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
