How We Take Payment
LordsWatch uses a callback payment model. We do not process card payments online. No card or bank details are entered on our website at any point.
Here is how the process works:
- You place an order through our website by filling in your contact and delivery details.
- A member of our team will call you on the phone number you provide, typically within one business day (Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm).
- We confirm your order and take payment securely over the phone.
- Once payment is confirmed, your order is dispatched from our UK warehouse.

- Bank transfer (BACS) — available on request
Payment Security
All telephone card payments are processed through a PCI DSS-compliant payment terminal. We do not record or store your card details at any time. Our team will never ask for your full card number via email or text message.
No Online Card Processing
We deliberately do not process card payments online. This means your card details are never transmitted over the internet through our website. If you are ever asked to enter card details on lordsbank.com, please contact us immediately as this would indicate a security issue.
Pricing & VAT
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of UK VAT at the current standard rate of 20%. A VAT receipt can be provided on request.
