The Tapo C320WS provides 2K QHD resolution in a compact, weather-resistant body. As a wired camera, it connects directly to your router via a power adapter and Ethernet cable — no batteries to charge, no WiFi dependency. This makes it particularly suitable for driveways, front doors, and garages where a reliable, always-on connection matters.

AI-powered person and vehicle detection helps filter out irrelevant motion alerts. The built-in two-way microphone and speaker let you communicate with anyone in range — useful for speaking to deliveries or deterring unwanted visitors. Infrared night vision reaches up to 30 metres.

IP66-rated for dust and water resistance, the C320WS is well-suited to outdoor use in all UK weather. It works with the Tapo app and supports local microSD storage and optional cloud backup.

Installation Guide

The C320WS connects via a power adapter and (optionally) Ethernet cable for a wired network connection. An outdoor-rated cable run to a nearby socket is usually all that's needed for permanent installation.

1. Download the Tapo app (iOS or Android) and create an account.
2. Connect the camera to power using the supplied 12V adapter.
3. Add the camera in the app — scan the QR code on the base of the unit.
4. Choose your mounting position and fix the bracket with the supplied screws.
5. Mount the camera, connect the power cable, and adjust the viewing angle.
6. Insert a microSD card for local recording if desired.
